Best Golf Blogs of 2023

I know folks like to read my blog from time to time with a snippet of reviews or a DIY project here or there. But outside of my own (cough) what are the best golf blogs of 2023? Well in no particular order, here are some of the best golf blogs that I like, in no particular order.

MYGOLFSPY

I’ve been visiting MYGOLFSPY for a few years now and have been especially interested in their product reviews. Whether it is the latest round of golf balls, a new rangefinder I might be looking at, or hearing about Sub70 Golf and realizing they are only about 20 miles from my house. When it comes time to find golf related products on sale, MyGolfSpy is a website which I really enjoy. Check out their forum as well.

Andrew Rice Golf

Andrew Rice is a Golf Digest Top 50 Teacher and I learned of him recently while he was demonstrating the Lag Shot Swing Trainer. This turned me on to his blog. You can catch the Andrew Rice Golf Blog along with many of his tips and hands on videos through his website.

PJKOENIG Golf Photography

Ok. So you are into golf and but would like to see some great pictures of golf courses. Just head on over to PJKOENIG Golf Photography. You can find a link to the golf blog on the bottom right side but the home page is so beautiful (click on the arrow on the far right hand side to scroll through the images) that I just visit for the pictures. Would love to have one of PJ Koenigs pics in my golf cave.

Golf Business Monitor

I only recently discovered Golf Business Monitor but I feel like I get some insider insight into the game of golf through reading Miklos’ articles. So whether reading about the Taylormade Stealth 2 driver and its features or taking a brand like Wilson Golf and reading through recent product articles.

Hooked on Golf Blog

If you are up for a casual read of the latest in golf industry news with maybe some coverage of Tiger, equipment reviews, golf ball reviews, travel, and some talk of golf courses, well you’ve only hit a small bit of what you can find on the Hooked On Golf Blog. Seriously, there is something for everyone here.

My Golf Simulator

Some of us spend more time golfing (and practicing) indoors than we do outdoors. Such is the reality when winter seems to go from late October through late March. If that is the case for you, why not check out the My Golf Simulator Blog. Learn about impact screens, where to build a golf simulator room, and the equipment it might take to get you to enjoy playing golf indoors.

Geoff Schakelford

At this point, I’m not 100% sure what constitutes a blog versus a website but this one is definitely worth having a look at. If the name Geoff Shackelford sounds like it might be familiar to you, the website has been around for approximately 20 years. Geoff has authored 11 books with another one along the way. You can also find him on the Golf Channel Morning Drive from time to time. Beyond that, I head over to this website to catch the latest news. So if it is about the latest golf tournament or maybe Netflix series, this is a great site to visit on a continuous basis.

Golf Now

You’ve seen the commercials and may use Golf Now to book tee times. I like to look at the Hot Deals from time to time in my area. The Golf Now Blog is only updated every now and then but is worth a gander as you are looking to book your next tee time.

The All Square Golf Blog

The All Square Golf Blog is a very good read. Updated regularly, one of the more recent blog posts talks about the 10 most breathtaking golf courses in Europe. Gorgeous pictures and makes you want to plan a golf trip. They rank the top 100 golf courses in the world and if you have the inclination, you have the ability to look at details of golf courses and book over 33,000 courses around the world. While you are at it, why not download the app

GOLFALOT

Looking for equipment news or reviews? This is the go-to site. If I haven’t been lucky enough to lay my hands on a specific product where I want more information, I head over to GOLFALOT. For instance, I’ve used the Cobra King F8 and Radspeed but wanted to see what Golfalot said about the new Cobra Aerojet driver. You will also find some great instructional videos.

I might add to this list at a later point but I believe this is a very good start to the best golf blogs of 2023. Let me know which golf blogs you look at regularly.
